Privacy

Our privacy policy: what we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and who else is involved.

Effective date: November 6, 2026

What changed: Our home page's search box now lists matching vehicles as you type, and the home page shows a Google map of the dealership. See "Searching our lot" and "Cookies and similar technologies". A copy of each vehicle inquiry and contact message you send now also goes to LESA, the company that films and hosts our walkaround videos. See "How we share information". LESA may now also use that copy to reply to you once on our behalf, with a link to a page of videos, by text if you gave us a phone number and by email if you gave us an email address. See "Calls, texts and email". Our vehicle pages now offer Quotible's "Work Your Own Deal" payment quote. See "Companies involved when you use this site" and "Cookies and similar technologies". We now measure visits to this website with Google Analytics, through our own Google Tag Manager container, and note which of our forms was sent, never what you typed in it. See "Cookies and similar technologies". Our full credit application and secure document upload now run on Automatrix's own server instead of our previous website, and the full credit application now appears inside our credit application page. We now also describe more fully the other companies' tools those pages load, including a bot check and a chat run by Hammer, and say where what you type in that chat goes. See "Financing and documents". When the full credit application inside our page is sent, our Google Tag Manager container now notes that it was sent, never what you entered. See "Cookies and similar technologies".

Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how Car Connection Superstore ("we" or "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are a used-car dealership at 2757 W. State St., New Castle, PA 16101. We sell vehicles, arrange financing through lenders, take trade-ins and run a service department.

This policy covers what you send us through this website and what is collected when you visit it. If you finance a vehicle through us, our separate finance privacy notice also applies. See "If you finance with us" below.

Some forms and tools on our pages are run by other companies. Some of those companies work for us, including the companies that run our financing forms. We receive what you enter in those forms, and this policy and our finance privacy notice cover it. Other companies also collect information for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies. We say below where each of these happens.

Information you give us

You can browse the inventory without giving us anything. There is no account to create and no newsletter sign-up.

You give us information when you use one of this website's four forms:

  • Vehicle inquiry ("Check availability" on a vehicle's page): your name, phone number, email address and message. We add the vehicle you asked about: its stock number, year, make, model, trim and price.
  • Contact (the contact page): your name, phone number, email address and message.
  • Job application (the careers page): your name, email address, phone number, the position you want and your message. The form does not take a résumé. If we email you about your application, you can attach your résumé to your reply.
  • Service request (the service scheduling page): your name, phone number and email address, your vehicle, its mileage, whether it is under warranty, the work you want done, your preferred date and time, and any notes.

What you send is kept in this website's database. With it we record the page it was sent from, the time, and your browser's user-agent string, a short description of your browser and device type. We do not store your IP address with a form you send. Vehicle inquiries and contact messages are sent to our sales and records system, provided by Automatrix. A copy of each also goes to LESA, which films and hosts our walkaround videos (see "How we share information"). Service requests are emailed to our team. Job applications are not yet sent on to our team, so please also call us about them.

Trade-in box. If you type a VIN or license plate into the "Get my offer" box on our home page, it travels in the page address to our trade page, which shows it back to you. This website does not save it. Because it is part of the page address, it can appear in our hosting provider's request logs, and other companies' tools that run on our pages can receive and record that address (see "Cookies and similar technologies").

Financing and documents. What you enter in our financing forms goes straight to the company that runs the form, not through this website's server.

  • Pre-qualification (our pre-qualification page) is a form run for us by 700Credit and shown inside our page. It asks for detailed personal and financial information, including your Social Security number, date of birth, mother's maiden name, address history, employment, income and bank accounts, and your spouse's details where relevant. When you submit it, you authorize Car Connection Superstore to obtain information from your credit report through 700Credit. 700Credit gets that information on our behalf, and we receive the results and use them to help arrange your financing. Ask us whether this check affects your credit score.
  • Credit application (our credit application page) is Upstart's form, shown inside our page. What you enter goes to Upstart, under Upstart's privacy policy, and Upstart may share your application with us so that we can arrange your purchase and financing. Applying can involve both soft and hard credit inquiries. Just opening that page starts an empty application file at Upstart, even before you type anything. Upstart's form also uses analytics and session-recording technology that records how you use the form. By using the credit application, you agree that Upstart may record how you use it.
  • Full credit application (on our credit application page) is a page run by Automatrix, which provides our sales and records system, on Automatrix's own server. On this website it is shown inside our page. The application asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, address, employment and income. As soon as the page opens, it looks up the IP address of your device through ipify, an IP address service, and it records that address with your application. What you send goes into our Automatrix system. The page also loads tools from other companies: analytics, advertising and chat tools, Google's reCAPTCHA bot check, and fonts and code libraries. They receive your IP address and browser details, and some set their own cookies. The chat on the page is run by Hammer: what you type in it goes to Hammer and to us.
  • Secure document upload. When we offer this link, it opens a page run by Automatrix on its own server. Documents you upload go into our Automatrix system. The page also looks up your IP address through ipify when it opens, and it loads the same tools from other companies as the full credit application, Hammer's chat included.

Please do not email copies of your ID or other documents.

Walkaround videos. On some vehicle pages, the video player is run by LESA. At the end of a video it may show a "Request more info" form. What you type there goes to LESA, under LESA's privacy policy, and LESA may pass your request on to us so that we can reply.

Information collected automatically

  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the information every browser sends with each request. That includes your IP address, your browser type, the address of the page you asked for (with anything in it, such as a search or a VIN), and the page that linked you here. This website's code does not add the contents of your messages to those logs. If a message cannot be delivered, the code logs the error our provider sends back, which in rare cases could include part of what you sent.
  • Cookies and browser storage. Some other companies' tools on our pages set cookies or store information in your browser. Some of these cookies, including Google Analytics cookies, are stored under this website's address. See "Cookies and similar technologies" below. This website's own features do not set cookies. They do keep three small notes in your browser for the car videos: whether you paused them, where each video stopped, and which videos failed to play. These notes are never sent to us and are deleted when you close the tab.

Searching our lot

As you type in the search box on our home page, matching vehicles appear under it. What you type is sent to this website's own server as part of a web address. We use it to search our stock. We do not save it or link it to your name, and we do not send it to an outside AI service. Like every web address, it can appear in our hosting provider's routine request logs.

Information we get from others

If you apply for financing, we receive your credit report and credit scores from credit bureaus, with your authorization. When we send your application to lenders, they tell us whether, and on what terms, they will finance you.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • answer your inquiry and get back to you by phone, text or email
  • arrange a purchase, trade-in, financing or service appointment you ask about
  • consider your job application
  • send your message to the right person, run this website, keep it secure and filter out spam
  • tell you about vehicles, offers and services we think may interest you (see "Calls, texts and email" for how we contact you and how to stop)
  • meet our legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our rights

How we share information

We share personal information only in these ways:

  • Companies that work for us, such as our sales and records system, our database, our email service, our hosting provider and the companies that run our financing forms. They handle information so that they can do that work. They are listed in "Companies involved when you use this site".
  • LESA, our video provider. A copy of each vehicle inquiry and contact message you send through this site goes to LESA, the company that films and hosts our walkaround videos, so that it can send you one reply on our behalf (see "Calls, texts and email") and report to us how many inquiries the videos bring in. Job applications and service requests are never sent to LESA.
  • Lenders and finance companies. If you ask us to arrange financing, we send your application to lenders and finance companies so that they can make you an offer. We may also do joint marketing with finance companies, as our finance privacy notice explains.
  • Our affiliates (companies with a Car Connection Superstore name), as our finance privacy notice describes.
  • When the law requires it. For example, in answer to a court order or a lawful request from the authorities. We may also share information to investigate or prevent fraud or other crimes.
  • Our professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants.
  • If our business changes hands. In a sale, merger or reorganization, customer information may pass to the new owner.
  • With your permission.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to other companies, except as this policy describes. Apart from the joint marketing with finance companies described above, we do not give your information to companies outside our business for their own marketing. Some other companies' tools on our pages collect information directly from your browser for their own purposes, which can include analytics and advertising (see "Cookies and similar technologies"). Some state laws may treat that as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of information that a website keeps in your browser. This website's own features do not set cookies. These other companies' tools run on our pages, and some of them set cookies or use browser storage:

  • Google Tag Manager. Our own Google Tag Manager container loads measurement tags on every page. Those tags can set Google cookies and report your visit to Google. When you send one of our forms, they report which form it was, never what you typed in it. They also report when the full credit application inside our page is sent, never what you entered in it.
  • TradePending loads a script on every page. It sets cookies on this site that record the first page you arrived on and the site that sent you, kept for 3 days, plus a link identifier kept for 90 days. It reports the address of the pages you visit to TradePending, including anything in that address, such as a VIN or license plate typed into our trade-in box. It also reads Google Ads click identifiers and loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set Google Analytics cookies and report your visit, including the page address, to Google.
  • Upstart loads a script on every page. It keeps a user ID and a session ID in your browser, stores its own settings there, and sends Upstart reports of how you interact with the page, such as views, scrolls and clicks. To do this it loads code from unpkg.com, a public code library, which receives your IP address and browser details. On the credit application page, Upstart's form also records how you use it, as described above. Upstart's policy says it works with advertising partners.
  • Automatrix's full credit application, shown inside our credit application page, loads other companies' tools (analytics, advertising and chat tools, Google's reCAPTCHA bot check, and fonts and code libraries), and some of them set their own cookies (see "Financing and documents").
  • Quotible loads a script on our vehicle pages. It keeps a random ID in your browser. If you use its "Work Your Own Deal" quote, it also keeps what you entered there in your browser, such as your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, down payment and trade-in, so the quote can be filled in again next time. Opening the quote loads Quotible's own Google Tag Manager container, which can set Google cookies and report your visit to Google.
  • Google shows the map on our home page and our service page. Google may set or read its own cookies when the map loads.
  • LESA. When filmed cars appear on our listing pages, your browser loads their walkaround videos, or the start of them, from LESA's servers, sometimes before you press play. LESA receives your IP address and browser details. On vehicle pages that have one, LESA's video player loads YouTube's player code, and YouTube may set cookies. The player also reports video views to LESA.
  • 700Credit's pre-qualification form uses Microsoft's analytics technology, which receives your IP address and browser details.
  • Monroney Labels receives a request from your browser only when you open a vehicle's window sticker.
  • Cloudflare checks form submissions for bots. When you start filling in a form, it receives your IP address and technical details about your browser to decide whether you are a person or a bot.

Some of these companies, such as Google, and Upstart and its advertising partners, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites, including this one.

You can block or delete cookies and clear stored data in your browser's settings. Some features may not work if you do. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting your visits: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This website does not change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The other companies listed here follow their own policies.

Companies involved when you use this site

These companies are involved when you use this site. Some work for us behind the scenes and handle information so that they can do that work. Others run tools in your browser and may set their own cookies under their own policies. Each company's policy is linked:

  • Automatrix — provides our sales and records system, which holds the vehicle inquiries and contact messages you send, and runs the full credit application and the secure document upload when we offer them.
  • Neon — stores what you send through this site's forms, so it reaches the right person.
  • Resend — emails service requests to the dealership's team, and emails LESA its copy of each vehicle inquiry and contact message.
  • Google Tag Manager — loads the site's measurement tags.
  • TradePending — loads a script on every page that sets cookies, records how you arrived and loads Google Analytics.
  • Quotible — runs the "Work Your Own Deal" payment quote on vehicle pages: what you enter there, such as your name, contact details, ZIP code, down payment and trade-in, goes to Quotible and on to our sales system, and the quote can ask for your name and address to check your credit.
  • Monroney Labels — shows a vehicle's original window sticker when you open it from that vehicle's page.
  • LESA — hosts the walkaround videos, which your browser loads from LESA when a filmed car is on screen or plays; where a vehicle page shows LESA's own video player, that player also loads Google Fonts and YouTube's player code, which can set YouTube cookies, and its contact form sends what you enter to LESA; LESA also receives a copy of each vehicle inquiry and contact message you send, so that it can reply to you once on our behalf with a link to a page of videos, and report to us how many inquiries the videos bring in.
  • Upstart — runs the credit application, and loads a script on every page that reports how the page is used.
  • 700Credit — runs the pre-qualification form and the credit check behind it.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a form was sent by a person rather than a bot.
  • Google Maps — shows the map on our home page and service page.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.

Calls, texts and email

We use your phone number and email address to reply to what you sent us, and we may also contact you about vehicles, offers and services. Sending a form on this website does not sign you up for marketing texts, or for marketing calls made with automated technology or a recorded voice. We send those only to people who have separately agreed to receive them.

A video reply from LESA. When you send a vehicle inquiry or a contact message, LESA, our video provider, may reply to you once on our behalf with a link to a page of videos: a video of the vehicle you asked about, where LESA has one, and a short video from our owner. The link goes by text if you gave us a phone number and by email if you gave us an email address, or both. The email comes from video@lesautomotive.com under our name. The page is run by LESA, under LESA's privacy policy, and LESA can tell when its email is opened and when the page is viewed. It is one reply to each message you send, not a mailing list. You can reply STOP to LESA's text.

To stop marketing messages at any time, call us at (724) 658-1212 or tell us in person. You can also reply STOP to any marketing text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. We will honor your request within the time the law requires. We may still contact you about a purchase, financing or service you have with us.

If you finance with us

When we arrange financing for you, we are a "financial institution" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Finance customers receive our separate privacy notice when they become customers, and again when the law requires.

That notice, not this page, governs how we share your nonpublic personal financial information, such as your income, account and credit details. In short, it says that we share information for everyday business purposes, such as processing your transaction, for our own marketing and for joint marketing with finance companies. It says that we share information about your transactions and experiences with our affiliates (companies with a Car Connection Superstore name) for their everyday business purposes, but not information about your creditworthiness. It also says that we do not share information with companies outside our business so that they can market to you. If this page ever seems to say something different about your financial information, the notice applies. Ask us for a copy at the dealership or by calling (724) 658-1212.

Your credit report is obtained only with your authorization, or for a credit transaction you ask us to arrange. If a lender turns down your application, or offers you less favorable terms, because of information in your credit report, you will get a notice explaining your rights. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau publishes A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and ask us to delete it.

Keeping information secure

We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative safeguards designed to protect customer information, including computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, misused or changed. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

How long we keep information

We have not yet set a fixed period for messages sent through this website's forms. Until we do, we keep them until you ask us to remove them. We keep other records, such as those for a purchase or finance contract, for as long as we need them and for as long as the law requires.

Your choices and requests

Call us at (724) 658-1212 or get in touch if you want to know what information we hold about you from this website, or want it corrected or deleted. We may need to confirm who you are first. We must keep some records by law, such as those for a finance contract.

Some information is held by another company under its own policy, such as what you enter in another company's application or video form. Ask that company directly, or ask us and we will tell you who to contact. If that company has shared your information with us, we handle our copy as this policy describes.

Links to other websites

This website links to other companies' websites, and some of their pages appear inside ours. Some of these companies work for us, as described above. Others, such as Google, do not, and we are not responsible for how they handle information. Please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If we make a significant change, we will say so at the top of this page. If a change would let us use information we already hold in a materially different way, we will ask for your consent first.
