Getting your documents to us
Paperwork is the part that slows a purchase down. Have these ready and the finance desk is usually about twenty minutes.
What the finance desk needs
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of income — your two most recent pay stubs, or two years of returns if you are self-employed
- Proof of address, such as a utility bill in your name
- Proof of insurance
- If you are trading in: the title, and a settlement figure if there is finance on it
Upload them securely
Our secure upload runs on Automatrix, the system that holds your deal — so your documents go straight into your file rather than sitting on a web server in between. It accepts JPG, PNG, PDF and Word files up to 5MB.
You will need your deal or lead number and your surname — whoever you have been dealing with can give you those, or call (724) 658-1212 and ask for finance.
Please do not email photographs of your license or pay stubs. Ordinary email is not encrypted end to end, and a copy of an identity document then sits in two mailboxes and a backup indefinitely. It is the single most common way people have their identity stolen during a car purchase.
Before any of this
You do not need a single document to find out roughly what you can borrow. The soft-pull check takes two minutes and does not touch your credit score — paperwork only matters once you have picked the car.
